NOTES – Palworld on the Steam Deck seems to be suffering from very harsh FPS drops and hitches with the recent Steam Deck Verified update as demonstrated in the video.

I tested Palworld for multiple hours across all 3 of my Steam Deck’s, each with fresh installations and 2 of them had SteamOS reinstalled fresh to make sure there was nothing causing the regression in performance.

The compatdata and installation folders were deleted/restored for the game multiple times to make sure they were recreated fresh and performance issues still persisted.
