Do NOT Buy Outward: Definitive Edition on Nintendo Switch 2 – PSP-Level Graphics?!

In this video, I show raw gameplay footage of Outward: Definitive Edition running on the Nintendo Switch 2 — no commentary, just the real experience. While the game runs smoothly, the graphics are extremely underwhelming. We’re not talking PS1-level bad, but it definitely feels closer to early PS2 visuals.

I genuinely love this game and even bought it for the Switch 2, but that was a mistake. Unfortunately, since this is Nintendo, I can’t get a refund — and now I want to warn others before they waste their money too.

Do not buy this game on Switch 2 until the developers release a proper patch that upgrades the visuals to something close to the PC version. Save yourself the disappointment.
