How well does Cyberpunk 2077 run on the Steam Deck OLED using Lossless Scaling 0.8.1?

In this video, I test the game at both maximum TDP and a reduced 7W TDP, showing how battery life and performance change.
At minute 6:00, I lower the TDP to 7 watts, allowing up to 4 hours of gameplay on battery.
Then at minute 10:20, I enable the full performance overlay, so you can see exact system stats, framerate, power draw, and temperature.
