Important to Note:
The Steam Deck OLED normally runs Fallout 4 at 45 FPS due to the 90Hz display combined with the built-in V-Sync causes the engine to halve the frame rate.

Whereas the Steam Deck LCD running at 60Hz, defaults to 60 FPS.

We can easily restore 60 FPS on the Steam Deck OLED by adding the following SteamOS launch command:

-iPresentInterval=0 +fps_max 60

This disables the engine’s V-Sync and caps the game at 60 FPS, restoring proper performance behaviour.
