Valve Confirms: SteamOS 3 for other devices is coming!

In last week’s news video, I reported on the SteamOS Beta which included a reference to adding support for the ROG Ally’s extra keys. Well, Sean Hollister from The Verge reached out to Valve and Lawrence Yang responded.

Yang confirmed that Valve indeed does intend to support the ROG Ally with an upcoming release of SteamOS, setting the stage for the a wider public release of Valve’s gaming-focused operating system. But what does this mean for us Linux gamers?
