Mafia 3 Definitive Edition – Steam Deck Benchmark and Gameplay

In this video, I benchmark Mafia 3 Definitive Edition on the Steam Deck. I test the game on low settings and find that it runs at around 45 FPS , making it a generally enjoyable experience. However, there’s a massive difference in graphics between low and high settings, and the game looks very unpolished on low settings. You can run it on high, but it often dips below 30 FPS at the native resolution.

Additionally, I found that Mafia 3 Definitive Edition is a massive battery hog, giving the user less than 2 hours of gameplay even on the lowest settings. This is something to keep in mind for anyone planning on playing the game on the go.

Overall, I think that Mafia 3 Definitive Edition is a solid game on the Steam Deck, but it’s important to adjust your settings accordingly to get the most out of it. If you’re someone who values high-quality graphics and a longer battery life, then you might want to reconsider playing this game on the Steam Deck. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for an enjoyable third person gaming experience on the go, then Mafia 3 Definitive Edition on the Steam Deck is definitely worth checking out.
