Lowest Setting – Watch Dogs 2 – Steam Deck Benchmark: Can it Handle 40 FPS? #steamdeck

In this video we are taking a look at Watch Dogs 2 on the Steam Deck. Watch Dogs 2 generally does not perform well even on the lowest settings and on 720p resolution on the Steam Deck. In heavy scenes FPS dips below 40 and it’s not a smooth experience. Choppy gameplay can be experienced in any situation, regardless if you are driving, shooting or just running around.

Watch Dogs 2 is a 2016 action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It is the sequel to 2014’s Watch Dogs and the second installment in the Watch Dogs series.

Battery life on the Steam Deck for Watch Dogs 2 is below 1 hour and 45 minutes. In general if you want to enjoy this game on the Deck, it’s best done via remote play through a more powerful PC.
