Can The Steam Deck Run Dungeonborne?

Update: It seems the game is not running for most people. This is likely due to the AntiCheat software it uses not being compatible. It runs on some Steam Decks because they may have gotten this software installed through a different game in the past. There are also reports of people getting banned using a Steam Deck. Currently there is no resolution.

In this video we are taking a look at Dungeonborne on the Steam Deck. Dungeonborne is a new Free to Play dungeon crawler mixed with loot extraction elements. The developers describe the game as a combination of player versus environment and player versus player with extraction and battle royale features. Dungeonborne does not support controller natively, but can be played on the Steam Deck with some controller tweaking. The game runs okay out of the box, but will stutter during combat even on the lowest preset. Because it’s a very combat intense game it’s not a pleasant experience on the Steam Deck. Regardless Dungeonborne on the Steam Deck will run and do so for about 2 hours on the lowest preset.
