Steam Deck didn’t just give us a great handheld – it completely reshaped how Valve thinks about hardware.
In their latest interview, Valve basically confirmed that the Steam Machine exists because of the Deck, and right now it fills the role of a “Steam Deck 2 for the living room” until the real next-gen handheld hardware is ready.
