New York Is Suing Valve!

New York has officially filed a lawsuit against Valve, arguing that Counter-Strike loot boxes violate state gambling law.The Attorney General claims that paying for case keys, opening randomized rewards, and receiving skins with real monetary value meets the legal definition of gambling under the New York constitution.
