Shadow Labyrinth is one of the weirdest games I’ve played all year… but sadly, not ALWAYS in a good way.

There’s no question it’s bold. Reimagining Pac-Man as a cryptic, horror-tinged Metroidvania was never going to be an easy sell. But hey, you have to commend it for swinging for the fences, even if the results are a little mixed.

In this video, I break down what works, what doesn’t, and why this moody, ambitious experiment it’s still worth a look even if it’s not quite as polished as I’d have liked.
