How to Connect Your Console Controller to Steam Deck

This is just a quick guide on how to connect your console controller to STeam Deck. For the most part I’m still using the 8BitDo Ultimate Wireless controller, but considering I have a ton of console controllers laying around, figured I’d go ahead and see how many I could get paired up. The answer was 7, and here they are:

0:00 – Intro
0:29 – Xbox One (3rd Generation)
0:47 – Xbox Series S/X
1:15 – PlayStation 3 Dualshock 3/SIXAXIS)
1:48 – PlayStation 4 Dualshock
2:05 – PlayStation 5 DualSense
2:22 – Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons
2:40 – Nintendo Switch Pro Controller
3:16 – Outro
